rooms are spacious and modern as well as very clean. Not exactly downtown but a very nice neighborhood nonetheless. my only complaint is the mini fridge did not work.

Our experience at this place was fantastic. The accommodations were incredibly tidy. Despite the presence of dogs at this site, one would hardly notice since there were no odors. The breakfast offered was satisfying. Even though it was quite busy, the staff managed to maintain cleanliness effectively. I was truly impressed by how well they kept the restrooms. A specific staff member was assigned to ensure everything remained clean during breakfast hours! Andrew at the front desk provided exceptional service, consistently checking in and even recalling my name. I found that remarkable, especially since it was a holiday weekend with so many guests. The customer service was top-notch! Xing was also excellent. It would have been helpful to have a microwave in the room, but they were available downstairs. The climate control in the room varied in effectiveness. Regarding parking, being in the downtown area does mean valet services are offered. However, if you ask about nighttime parking, free street parking is an option. Just make sure to keep your location handy so when you call night parking, they have your location. Our car windows were broken, so it’s wise to watch where you park. All in all, this location is fantastic and puts you at the center of everything. I would choose to stay here again.

If you're an anxious person like me, this review is for you. We stayed at this hotel last night as we were in town for the Twenty One Pilots concert at the American Family Amphitheater. I was a nervous wreck leading up to this event because we had never been to this venue or stayed in Milwaukee. I am here to tell you, this is a great option to stay and walk to the Amphitheater. It was about a 25 minute walk but was not sketchy at all. We felt safe walking to and from as a family of four. The hotel does not have a parking lot, but they do have valet. We chose to use valet which took the stress out of finding a place to park. It was so convenient and the guys we dealt with were very nice and professional. All you do is pull up in their valet area and they will get you setup.The hotel was great and the front desk staff was friendly. I took off one star because housekeeping was very loud in the room next door to us in the morning. I know they have a job to do but it sounded like they were vacuuming the wall.

Rooms quite small and lack of carpeting on floor makes every noise from above distinguishable and very loud at times. Staff was EXCELLENT, including Jasmin, Jay, Martin and Greg (valet). Convenience items very expensive. Based on everything, most importantly the wonderful customer service, I'd absolutely stay again without hesitation. But I would ask for top floor room due to overhead noise.

I had an issue booking online and was getting pretty frustrated, but Andrew completely turned the experience around. Instead of rushing me off the phone or transferring me elsewhere, he patiently walked me through the problem and made sure everything was resolved. He was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Andrew didn’t just do his job — he made sure we felt taken care of. Truly excellent service!

Lovely hotel with truly excellent food for the price. Excellent staff, a particular shout out to Mark at breakfast, I have eaten at budget “breakfast included” hotels around the world and this was the best I have seen in within the US. Great selection, attentive staff, constant restocks and all of the machines were always working. The central aircon was a little loud which was certainly a problem for me on my first night when I hadn’t got used to it yet but the overnight receptionist was super helpful.

Our room was basic, which is what we wanted and check in was very simple. The location was perfect as it is walking distance to any kind of restaurant you want, to Milwaukee public market, the River walk and the third ward. We parked less than a block away is a parking garage that I rented a spot in on Spot Hero. The hotel itself does not have its own dedicated parking, you will have to do valet there, and that looked like a mess and was expensive.

Extremely clean stay, and has all the amenities. Gym, laundry, breakfast, and coffee bar. They will really go out of their way to accommodate your needs. They made my night at Milwaukee the best in a while! Also shout out to the night staff Mr. Ying for being above and beyond.
